Jack Chun Obituary

JACK U.Y CHUN, 87 of Pearl City passed away on August 29, 2018 in Ewa Beach. He was born in Honolulu, HI.

He is predeceased by his wife Jane H.C. Chun, granddaughter Kristin Nicole Kaneshiro; brother David U.S. Chun; sister Rose M.L. Tom.

Jack is survived by his daughters Cindy (David) Eickhoff, Gerri (Michael) Warne, Pamela (Patrick) Kaneshiro-Morrissey, Cora (Kent) Collins, Lisa (Ernest Tsugawa) Chun; granddaughters Kelsey Kaneshiro, Elizabeth Warne; brothers Fred (Jean) Chun, Richard Chun; sisters Bernice Siu, Mabel (Tyrus) Hu, Janet (Harry) Yee

Visitation will be 5:00 pm Saturday November 17, 2018 at Mililani Memorial Park's Mauka Chapel followed by memorial service at 6:00 pm.

Casual attire. Flowers welcome.
