Edward Vincent Vallejo Carbonell
September 16, 1963 - September 17, 2021

Edward Vincent Vallejo Carbonell, 58, of Waipahu, Hawai’i, passed away on September 17, 2021. He was born in Monterey, California.

He was born to the late Daniel, and Vicenta (Vallejo) Carbonell on September 16, 1963. He was their first child.

During first ten (10) years of his life, he lived in and/or stayed in several places including Spokane, Washington State, Alaska, Hawai’i, Philippines, Taiwan, and Washington State due to his father’s Navy career. By age of eleven (11) years, he grew up in Hawai’i. He graduated from Damien Memorial High School (currently Damien Memorial School) in 1981. Then, he attended and graduated with B.A. in engineering from University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA) in 1986. After that, he lived in several places including California, Texas, and Colorado during his Air Force career. He moved back to Hawai’i more than ten (10) years ago.

He was preceded in death by his father Daniel Carbonell on June 10, 2021, and his maternal grandfather Eduardo Vallejo on July 6, 2013.

He is survived by his mother Vicenta Carbonell of Waipahu, HI, brother Dan Carbonell of Springfield, VA, cousin Gina Vallejo of Honolulu, HI & her family, step-grandmother Fe Vallejo of Honolulu, HI, and numerous Carbonel & Vallejo relatives.

Private service, due to COVID-19 restriction. Donations accepted.
